Refund and Returns Policy

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and to address any issues you may encounter.

General Warranty

Mariner Mobile offers a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the product.

Should your product be found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Mariner Mobile will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component, free of charge.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, or damage caused by acts of God, such as natural disasters.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new, identical item within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed exchange instructions.

Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will inspect it and, if approved, send you a replacement product. Mariner Mobile will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
